ATLANTIS WATER SOFTENER ENGINEER VISITS COVID-19 POLICY DETAILS

Following the Government’s recent announcement, we have found it impractical to carry on with non-essential servicing work. We are operating our service department with a skeleton staff but will continue to support customers where a visit is essential.

In order to protect all our staff and customers please ensure that you have agreed to the following precautions before arranging a service call.

 

  1. Has anyone in your household been knowingly in contact with someone affected with the virus? If so we cannot visit.

  2. Our engineers need to have space and you must not enter the room where he/she is working. Doors must be kept shut with at least one window or outside door open.

  3. Communication with the engineer should be kept to a minimum.

  4. The engineer will need a clear working environment and any cupboards where they will be working should be emptied.

  5. Payment will need to be made over the phone to our office.

Here at Atlantis we take great pride in building our water softeners to the highest standards.

Therefore the AT210 is a very reliable machine, but regular servicing is recommended to keep the water softener working at maximum efficiency. We advise that a water softener should be serviced approximately once every two years.
